With the rapid economic growth of China, the traditional water treatment had been unable to meet the needs of rapid economic development for society. New technical, new process and new equipment ware produced. The water treatment equipment for the current problems ware proposed that the system of automatic data acquisition, transmission and processing based on network communication technique and automatic acquisition technique.In this thesis, Design of Water Treatwent Equipment Data Acquisition System Based on Remote Commuication achieved the integration of the system and improves automation level of equipment, data acquisition precision and troubleshooting capacity.This thesis introduced the objective function of the data acquisition system. Through the analysis of the existing structure of international determined the structure of the system. To use the energy measurement ASIC with MCU+MCU structure scheme, the system could be divided into collection terminal and centralized collector.The structure has higher levels of integration, accuracy, reliability, simplifies circuit design and software design. It reduced the cost of system and maintenance difficulties.According to the design, the system used STC12C5628AD and STC12C5A60S2.The dual MCU made the system simplifies, simple structure and to improve the system processing ability. Data acquisition used ADE7763 the company of ADI. It could increase the voltage and current sampling accuracy. This thesis introduced principle of work, peripheral circuit and bottom reading and writing process of the ADE7763. The storage module used FM25256 NV-FRAM. It has SPI that increase the ability of read and write data. It has more read and writes operations than other NV-FRAM. Detection of temperature and humidity used temperature and humidity sensor SHT11. It is higher detection accuracy, humidity accuracy within±3%, temperature accuracy within±0.4℃(25℃). DS12C887 is a kind of real time CMOS chip produced by DALLAS corp. It ensured the accuracy of real-time time. LCD provided a good interactive interface. It had the higher operability of the system and more intuitive data. The communication between MCU1 and MCU2 was used RS485 and supported by MODBUS protocol. Checkout of data of the MODBUS protocol made the more reliable data transmission. Finally, this thesis introduced remote communication system. GSM was described in detail. This thesis described the SIM300C and its peripheral circuit and SIM card interface circuits. By introducing the AT commands, explained the format of AT command and flow chart.
