With the development of society, more and more software has a great growth in the size and function. This change makes that software development is facing new challenges. Traditional software development method has become powerless at this time. Component-based software development method is a realistic way that is possible industrialized software production. The development method can not only improve Software quality and productivity, but also can reduce the cost of software development and maintenance.Software component is an effective form of software reuse in the current situation. However, in order to make software entirely by software component production, the components assembly must meet certain requirement. This paper focused on assembled components. The components of the assembly break into a component model, assembly language, software architecture and other elements. Another focused on the component assembly operations, proposed component composition operator. And the component model, component assembly operations such as foundation, proposed product line based component assembly. With the actual project development, the current forms of assembled components were analyzed, and elaborated a project as an example. The actual assembly of components should be used for component assembly and practical application of the technology provides some experience. The proposed component-based product line technology, compared with the traditional component assembly, component assembly studied in this paper not only greater than other forms of component composition in the success rate. But also increase the flexibility of component composition.
