Multi Agent-Based Integration Of Government Information Resources

Since the 21st century, the information technology and the network technology have obtained the unprecedented development, the Information networking have been extending to every corner of the society, the informationization become the inevitable trend of rapid development, but at the same time, the information quantity also presents the detonation-like growth, the problem caused by such growth is that it is quite difficult for people to find useful information among such massive but chaotic information resources, in order to achieve fast and efficient access to information, the concept of information resources integration came into being. With the further development of E-government, the former distributed heterogeneous "information isolated island" can no longer meet the demand for social comprehensive information, therefore, it is imperative to integrate government information resources. The paper attempts to use multi-Agent technology to construct a government information resource integration framework, provides a new mentality for the government information resource integration's research.From the structure point of view, the paper first introduced the research background and the significance, carry on the summary and the appraisal to the domestic and foreign scholars regarding the status of information integration method and the multi-Agent research, and has given the content which the paper writing mentality and needs to study; and then sort out the related concept and the principle combs of government information resources and information integration, including the concept, characteristic and content of government information resources, the basic connotation and characteristic of the information integration as well as the integrated basic principle, and will carry on the description to the current status of our country's information integration which provides certain rationale for the following research; Then analyzed several commonly used methods for current information integrating, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each method, which leads to multi-Agent way to solve the problem of government information resources integration; Finally the paper introduces the concept of Agency, proposed and has studied the framework based on the multi-Agent government information resource integration between each kind of agent's, it can solve isomerism data pool and system's visit question well under this frame through during each agent cooperation and realized the transparency of data accessing which has good extensibility and flexibility.
