The Design And Implementation Of The Integrated Management Information System For People And Test Centers In Weifang City Involved To College Entrance Examination

Common entrance examination system embodies the principles of fair competition perfectly among the national examinations and it is the most fair system that most Chinese can approve. With the development of network technology and increasing influence of computers, information made significant in-depth application in the process of the entrance examination. As China has taken great strides in improving modern managements of the entrance examination, electronic archives, enrolling online, marking online, electronic examination rooms, distant enrollment managements, etc. have become policies and operation grant a reliable guarantee of fairness in the entrance examination. However, the number of workers and departments involved in the management of the common entrance examination is so large that difficulties still exist in the management. The college entrance examination sites are in the charge of administrative. Therefore they have great responsibilities to make the examination succeed smoothly. Traditional working patterns and the methods of management can not adapt themselves to the situation nowadays. Based on this, Personnel in charge of the general college entrance examination and examination sites involved in the design and implementation of Integrated Management Information System in Weifang City make full use of data communication technology, network, engineering, management technology and other modern high-tech technologies to establish a more scientific and feasible examination management system to ensure the application of information management, standardization, and institutionalization of assessment during the examination, improve efficiency, widen information services and promote high-level management of the examination.This paper involved personnel in charge of the general college examination in Weifang City and test sites. The Integrated Management Information System in Weifang City uses UML Unified Modeling language, modeling tool of Rational Rose Enterprise Edition for analysis modeling base on the update concept of software development and object-oriented technology, and it also uses MyEclipse6.0 with SQLServer2005 database development tool and MVC structure to develop the design. This paper also demonstrates the background of development research situation at home and abroad and the methods and purposes of the research project. From the analysis of performance requirements and security aspects in the Integrated Management information System, some functions proceed with detailed analysis. According to the analysis of the system's functions and performance requirements, it's to have system platform design, detailed design, safety design, including the business object model design, functional logic design, interface design and database design in details. Finally, it elaborates the application and examining of the for database connection,the interface and application of the interface. In the description of examining the introduces the main principles of system examining and test methods, and quotes related examining cases.The management system is based on B/S mode and C/S model, and it has four main functional modules:personnel involved in examination management module, examination management module, sites module and system management module. The system has entirely theoretical and practical significances, provides a good way for personnel and examination sites in Weifang City to work smoothly and make it more efficient. It also promotes the common entrance examination into managemental modernization and informational process.
