The Design And Implementation Of Knowledge Sharing System For Software Company

With the arrival of knowledge-based economy era, knowledge is becoming the core power for the development of person, company and nation. In order to manage knowledge better, this article designs and implements a knowledge sharing system. This system helps users accumulate and share knowledge, understand and absorb knowledge, evolve and innovate knowledge. The vision is to become an online knowledge management platform with great functions and a lot of knowledge.The system accumulates knowledge by content and file. Content has 5 forms including forum, blog, wiki, templated content and group space; while files are saved in file repository. Knowledge is shared and spread by search, browse and subscription. To evolve and innovate knowledge, make effective rules and policies to encourage and stimulate users is the key.After the study and research of popular knowledge products and their platforms, Drupal is selected to be the basic platform to develop knowledge sharing system. Because in the comparison of several most popular knowledge product platforms, Drupal is the best in the evaluation of platform architecture, ready functions and commercial development.Most reputation systems for P2P network are based on peer. But based on peer reputation system is inappropriate for knowledge sharing platform. So this paper designs a double-deck reputation model, called "Based on group reputation system in P2P network". With the thought of "birds of a feather flock together", by calculating a node's reputation of another node in the same group; a node's reputation of another node in different groups; a group's reputation of another group, the system fulfills the implementation of P2P network's well self-management. By the experiments, the system is proved to be feasible and efficient. Furthermore, the advantages, disadvantages and applicable environment of the system are analyzed.
