Research And Development Of Broadcasting Control Funtion In Base Station Of Digital Trunked System

With the increasing application of digital trunked system in China, it is meaningful to develop a digital trunked system with independent intellectual property rights from both economic and security point of view.Broadcasting control function is one of the most important functions in digital trunked system.The development of broadcasting control function which immediately influences the cell selection of mobile station and the synchronization between mobile station and base station, is related to performance and stability of the whole system.Basing on summarizing broadcasting control function and the development of broadcasting control protocol in both domestic and international mobile communication system, the characteristic of broadcasting control channel in digital trunked system is described. The thesis analyzes digital trunked system broadcasting control PDU and broadcast parameter in-depth. The development flow and development approach of every module is put forward by analyzing the characteristic of the modules which involved in development of broadcasting control function. The development of broadcasting control function is based on Linux system and Vxworks system. AdventNet Agent Toolkit C Edition is used to develop net management agent, Telelogic TAU G2 is used to develop protocol stack, and C language is used to develop environment functions.The development achieves a function that net manager can set exchanger parameter and base station parameter by net management client, and the exchanger converts the switch parameter and base station parameter to broadcast parameter and send these parameter to MAC. Digital trunk system broadcast parameter setting and transmitting function tests are made. The test results are in accordance with what expected and satisfy the design requirement completely.
