Along with the Internet comprehensive popularization, also arises atthe historic moment based on the Internet electronic governmentaffairs, and has obtained the huge development in the recent years,becomes one kind of brand-new government affairs pattern. As one kindof brand-new government affairs pattern, it has the very bigdevelopment future.Strictly speaking that, the so-called electronic government affairs,are the government apparatus application modern information and thecommunication, will manage and the service carries on the integrationthrough the network technology, will realize the official organizationstructure and the work flow optimized reorganization on the Internet,between the surmounting time and spatial and department's separationlimit, will provide high quality and omni-directional, the standard tothe society but is transparent, conforms to the international standardmanagement and the service.This thesis describes system based on B/S structure, using Windows 2000 Server platform, ASP language, Access database development. Because ASP is the presentin quite popular network programming language, simultaneously it hasquite mature hypothesized server system-IIS to take the support, theAccess database application quite is also flexible, has the very goodsecurity and the usability, easy to upgrade to Microsoft SQL Server, therefore they have already met therealization electron government affairs system requirement.This thesis introduces the county district-level e-government website system design and implementation, through the background management and dynamic pages interactions, realized the news module, notice module, search module, message module, voting module, and other functions.
