Government information system, as a kind of electronic government systems, is the result of the rapid development of information technology and the efficiency-oriented change of government departments' management and operation efficiency. Information systems in government departments make government departments become efficient, convenient and low-cost. However, compared with the investment, our government information systems is far from the anticipated results. In practical work with the application level of government information systems is not high. The introduction of the system has not significantly improved the work of government departments efficiency. To improve the application level of government information systems, we should study the public officer's acceptance and use of the government information systems. This research bases on government internal information systems, makes the public officers as the research object, and uses the integrated model of task technology fit (TTF) and technology acceptance model (TAM), studies the influence factors of the behavioral intentions of government information systems. This research is based on literature review, tests the hypotheses through large-scale questionnaires and statistical analysis. And through a case study we explain how task technology fit affect Behavioral intentions in the actual work. This research draws on the following conclusions:First:Perceived usefulness have obvious positive impacts on users'behavior, and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence the behavioral intentions through the impact on user's attitude.Second:Task technology fit impacts the behavioral intentions of government information systems through the impact perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Task technology fit consists of three dimensions:information systems quality, locatability, compatibility. Among these dimensions, information systems quality has the biggest influence, and locatability does not affect the perceived usefulness.Third:Both task characteristics and technology characteristics affect the task technology fit, because of the certainty and stability of task in government department, the influence of task characteristics is less than technology characteristics.
