Design Of Vital Signs Monitoring Network Based On ZigBee

In hospital, there are a number of problems in traditional vital signs monitoring, for example, measuring patients'vital signs using various separate instrument, quite complex;it uses more advanced instrument measuring while using traditional artificial methods recording data. Aiming at these problems above,using new vital signs monitoring network based on ZigBee can solve these problems commendably.In designing of vital signs monitoring network based on ZigBee, concretely using the following methods:designed a wrist watch terminal,and getting patients worn.It can measure patients'pulse in real-time,and measure patients'temperature and blood pressure in need. The data communication of system is accomplished based on ZigBee technology. The vital sign datas measured by wrist watch terminal send out through ZigBee network, going by route to nurse station in the end, making nurse manager know each patient's particular case in an inpatient area.The text introduces protocol architecture of ZigBee technology, function and form in each level in detail, and compares with other usual wireless technologies, shows the advantage of ZigBee technology.
