The cardiovascular disease with high mortality and high morbidity rates pose a serious threat for human life and health.Besides,the younger tendency of chronic disease triggered by undesirable lifestyle and the great increase of sub-health people arouse huge demand of health care.As the important vital signs,ECG and respiratory signal carry rich pathological information,and they have already become a significant basis for clinical diagnosis.Early monitoring on ECG and respiratory signal is beneficial to the treatment or warning of cardiovascular and chronic diseases.On the current market,the monitoring devices mainly used for signs of parameter acquisition and simple analysis could not undertake intelligent detection or warning because of signal function,expensive price,poor mobility and lack of interaction with remote monitoring center.To solve above problems,this thesis designs a vital signs monitoring system based on intelligent terminal that achieves a realization of ECG and respiratory data in acquisition,processing,analysis,display,storage and uploading,and it also provides aided monitoring by web platform.This thesis studies the method of detection and analysis on vital signs.To deal with the noise interference on ECG and respiratory signal,FIR low-pass filter is designed to eliminate the high-frequency interference,and the baseline drift is restrained by moving average filter.Then the extraction of feature points is performed on filtered ECG and respiratory signal by using point by point comparison method to detect the maximum of respiratory signal for respiratory frequency and using differential threshold method to identify R peak for heart rate.After the HRV analysis based on HRV signals extracted from R peak,some HRV parameters keep a consistency with the change of pressure are selected to establish mental stress model by the method of AHP.This thesis finishes the design of intelligent terminal software,it could simultaneously receive ECG and respiratory data by connecting vital signs acquisition device through a micro USB interface,and it also support the real-time display of ECG waveform,heart rate and respiratory frequency after digital filtering and feature points extraction,meanwhile it could make notice for abnormal situation.After the storage of ECG and respiratory data,the intelligent terminal would upload data files to web server for HRV analysis and assessment report of mental stress.Experiments verifies that the above-mentioned monitoring system can dependably collect ECG and respiratory signals and effectively restrain noise disturbance,the calculation accuracy of heart rate and respiratory frequency respectively come up to 96% and 94%,and the result evaluated by mental stress model proves a consistency with objective reality.Tests on the intelligent terminal software confirms its' well-functioning,steady interaction with web server,satisfied performance of real-time,well compatibility and friendly interactive interface.
