Design And Implementation Of "One-Card On Campus" Management System

With the process of informatization in univercities, the construction of "digital university" has become a primary in management of the university. The ultimate aim of "digitization" is to realize the integration of university resources, thereby variety of information management systems would be unified to improve the efficiency and reduce the burden of administration. In this context, many colleges and universities began to build "one-card on campus" system.This thesis talks about the plan for the building of "one-card on campus" system and the supporting technology based on the actual situation of Tianjin Normal University. Firstly, based on the demand analysis which is from the aspects of operation, application, function and technology of "one-card on campus" system, the article proposes an overall plan for the construction of it. Meanwhile, the article also describes the function of several important subsystems in the "one-card on campus" system, and focuses on the design and the implementation of the "Consumer Management" subsystem. Secondly, the article discusses how to implement and maintain the "one-card on campus" system.The construction of "one-card on campus" system in Tianjin Normal University realizes the sharing of resources. At present, the system has been in operation. Seen from the effect of the operation, the waste of resources has been cut down, the service and the management have been improved, and actual benefit has been achieved.
