Design And Implementation Of Campus Smart Card Data Analysis Platform

As an important part of digital campus,the campus card has become anindispensable tool in the campus life,with the superiority of the "one card inhand, traveled all over the campus ".However, the campus card system at present, hasabundant functions on specific applications, but lack of effective analysis on the dataof consumption.The core database of the campus smart card system stores identity informationand all consumption records of the teachers and students, such as foodconsumption records, bus consumption recording,bath consumptionrecords, water consumption records. These data reflects the consumption of teachersand students in campus life, implies not intuitive information, patterns and trends butalso have potential value. Through the data mining analysis, we can getsome corresponding analysis results, find out the rules from the data, find theproblem. So school administrators can get the concept of campus cardconsumption overall situation and the rules have a quantitative, allocation ofresources, and it’s reasonable to reduce costs, the planning and construction of thecampus. Therefore, the establishment of the campus card data analysis platformhas practical significance.This paper designs and realizes a display platform for the analysis of campuscard consumption data, mainly to the data warehouse, OLAP and data miningtechniques. First, we elaborated the technology of data warehouse, OLAP technologyand the basic principle of data mining technology and mature datamining algorithm, and then start from the needs analysis, analyzes the data of campussmart card system, using the technology of data warehouse, on multiple data sourceintegration, conversion, load, building the data warehouse, after using SQL Server2008Analysis Services for students of consumption data analysis, the relationshipbetween mining low consumer by using association rule algorithm, visualizationtechnology by using the data of the last on this basis, the analysis of this datais displayed to the user.The work in this paper is an attempt on data analysis services in campuscard system, showing the practical significance in the analysis of campus cardsystem, data mining, but also for a more complete analysis platform and decisionsupport system.
