The Design And Complementation Of The Chinese Learning Website Based On PHP Technology

Chinese, as the largest number of people using the language in the world, and as an important national tool for national public understanding of China, is getting more and more attention from many governments and educational institutions. In the worldwide, there are more and more people starting to learn Chinese. But for some reasons, the traditional Chinese learning courses to learn Chinese can no longer meet the needs of some learners. And sometimes for the monotonous teaching model of traditional Chinese learning courses can not arouse the learners'interests, which is likely to hit Chinese beginners'the enthusiasm of their learning. These has somewhat limited in the Chinese language learning and the development of Chinese popular in the world. In addition, along with the computer and network technology, especially the rapid development of Internet, it will be virtually eliminated of the limitation of the time and space when information exchanged, and thus also to a "revolution" for the traditional classroom teaching model.This paper focus on the design,construction,implementation and testing of "Eye on Chinese"—a Chinese learning website online. In the process of the system design and development, I emphasized on the science of software design ideas. First, on the overall design, I used a modular and hierarchical design in order to make the whole system have flow clear, reasonable logical and create good conditions for the implementation of the system. Secondly, on the realization of each functional module, I used the B/S structure which is very popular in technology. Then, in the site implementation process, I used the PHP technology writing Web applications especially using the PHP module for the overall style. Finally, I used MySQL for the data storage and management.The main things are the content and ways to implementation of this website. It wants to realize the interaction between teachers and students, teachers can publish teaching resources through this system and answer students' questions, and students can browse and download information through this system and ask to teachers etc, in which the 3D animation—pronunciation of difficult Chinese initials is the major feature of this website.
