Research And Design Of Social Security Card Information Systems

With the development of Labor and Social Security sector, the construction of social security cards has been showing a trend of positive, healthy, and order, which is an important aspect of labor and social security information construction. The purpose of the construction of social security cards is not simply for issue, but to expand the scope of its application safely and orderly based on its issue, to improve efficiency and service quality. Therefore, with increasing coverage of social security card, it has become an urgent problem to build a high-efficient and useful social security cards information system to meet the development of the labor and social security information careers.The topic is against the background of the construction of one city's social security card information system. Based on the analysis of the card's physical structure, security system, its information exchanged with the others and B/S three-tier architecture, the social security card information system is developed.The main works of this thesis are as follows:1. Based on the standard module of the social security card, the information system is designed and achieved. At the moment of regulating the application, review, production, distribution and daily management, the system reduces the error rate of the card's production, improves the efficiency of each link, and provides conveniences for the card holders to check and process the self service affairs through the connected multimedia self-service terminals, such as the Pre-loss report and Cryptographic Service.2. Based on the non-standard module of the social security card and the standard of the financial institution's CPU card, the system extends the card's financial functions. At the moment of protecting the information security in the card, the scope of the card's application is expanded, which is satisfied the applications of the payment of social insurance needs of individuals, medical expenses, pensions, unemployment benefits and employment subsidies.3. In order to protect the stability of the social security card information system's running and the data's security when the abnormal situation happens such as abnormally power outage, equipment damage and irresistible natural disasters, the remote disaster recovery program is designed. The disaster recovery center is built in the city outside the data center. Two sets of storage virtualization gateway is used to achieve local mirroring, remote disaster recovery capabilities. The storage gateway will not be effected when any storage array failure occurs. When the irresistible natural disasters occurs, the system data will be recovered remotely. The system data will be intact and the applications will be able to launched quickly.Through the design and construction of one city's social security information system, the information system and disaster recovery plan designed in this thesis is proved to be feasible. The monetary expansion modules are not fully active, but the trial test in some local area achieves expected results basically.
