In the daily life, the constant pressure water supply system is playing the vital role in the industry and the user.If the running water water supply pressure is for some reason insufficient, will be able to affect people's life, will affect the industry product quality, serious when will cause the product abandonment and the equipment damage.Or when has the fire-alarm, if the water supply pressure insufficiency or the anhydrous supply, cannot fight fire rapidly, possibly causes the heavy economic loss and the personnel casualty.Therefore uses the constant pressure water supply system to the water supply region the research, has the big economy and the social significance. The this article prime task is1,Designs one to control the network and PLC based on the labor controls the constant pressure water supply system, mainly by three major part is composed: On position machine (monitoring level), lower position machine (first floor control level) and accusation object.On position machine PC realizes the friendly man-machine interaction contact surface and the online real-time data processing, and uses the industry ethernet and the lower position machine communication composition test installation network control system.The lower position machine uses Siemens Corporation PLC, mainly completes the data acquisition, the signal processing, the digital filter, the control operation, the simulation quantity and the digital quantity input output as well as the communication function.2,Established two levels of labor to control the network topology.By SIEMENS in the S7 industry communication network industry ethernet and the PROFIBUS-DP field bus, the upper formation uses the industry ethernet (TCP/IP), uses in on position machine PC and between the lower position machine PLC communication; The lower level uses the PROFIBUS-DP field bus, uses in lower position machine PLC the S7-400/300 master station and from stands between the ET200M communication.3,Uses STEP 7 V5.3 to carry on the configuration and the programming to the hardware disposition, and establishes and the PLC controller communication and by the controlled member monitoring function, the realization key-course constant pressure water supply automatic control control. 4,Uses the WINCC configuration software, the position machine carries on the process control object on PC the configuration, has achieved the effect good monitoring contact surface effect, the user ease of operation.5,Uses the OPC technology and the VB software programming, VB takes a client side and the OPC server establishment relation, thus achieves the client side computer and the Simens PLC communication goal.This topic research simulates the industry scene completely, uses the actual object physical model, Simens the PLC controller, the industry control network environment.Designs PLC constant pressure water supply supervisory system already successfully in this school constant pressure water supply process laboratory confirmation.The movement result indicated that,This system satisfies its design request completely, has the ease of operation, the reliability strongly, the data integrity, the monitoring prompt and so on the prominent merit, this network supervisory system success design, also has provided the experience for the similar system design which may take.
