Developing Of Intelligent Naked Oats Expert System

According to the present state in the agricultural activity of obscure characteristics of Naked Oats agricultural knowledge and lack of agricultural experts etc., the intelligent Naked Oats Expert System is designed. The paper particularly sets forth the designing plan and realization details. Some technologies involved in developing are discussed strictly. The aim of system's exploitation is a modern agricultural Expert System constructed with some characteristics of ShanXi province's features, intelligent decision-making localization and digital agriculture faced. The intelligent Naked Oats Expert System, integrated artificial intelligence, modern multimedia technology and special agricultural knowledge, consists of two modules such as the multimedia information sub-system and intelligent decision-making sub-system. The adoption of the international popular B/S structure achieves an effective expert system framework which improves the stability and reliability of system a lot and makes various resources to beconvenient to manage or maintain. Obviously, the intelligent decision-making sub-system which designed as a common Expert System is the kernel of the Intelligent Naked Oats Expert System. It consists of three main parts: knowledge database, reasoning machine and user interface. Among them reasoning machine is kernel while knowledge database is a key built up with static database, dynamic database and rule database. The method of knowledge representation based on rule extension assisted by other methods is introduced in the knowledge representation of intelligent decision-making sub-system as well as the method of subjective Bayes which made the consistence of the scope of reliability between user's answer and the method of rule based knowledge representation. Furthermore facts inserting windows developed by PAID plat is used for user interface. Based on B/S structure multimedia sub-system is constructed and realized by uniform web pages simply and friendly. The mass knowledge about naked oats' production and practice is contained by multimedia sub-system. By the guide of Green Agriculture a lot of agricultural information of new breeds and pesticides are embodied in the system as quick as possible. In the design of system, the artificial intelligence, expert system, knowledge engineering and information technology are successfully integrated. Meanwhile, the application of ASP, the information technologies, component technology, uncertainty knowledge reasoning etc. are implemented, which ensures theorganic unification of system's advance, criterion and practicability. Moreover according to different instances of the farmer allover the province, both stand-alone edition and web edition are developed in the ShanXi Intelligent Naked Oats Expert System. The system will bring out significant profits to the economy and the society as a good case of our country in agricultural practice.
