Busbar compartment is an important part of GIS combination appliances.The multi-section bus compartment is usually installed by splicing,and the corrugated compensator is installed at the junction of each section to compensate for the errors in equipment manufacturing,civil construction,and installation,etc.In the case of drastic changes in ambient temperature,the corrugated compensator is often stretched,contracted,or distorted,which would cause fatigue on the corrugated compensator itself,so that the expansion of the busbar compartment can not fully compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction changes,resulting in the cracking of cabin weld and gas leakage,etc.,which would finally lead to equipment damage or even casualties.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation,this paper aims to build a set of real-time monitoring system for monitoring the displacement of the GIS busbar compartment and the deformation of the super-threshold.The monitoring system is used to monitor the displacement and deformation of the telescopic section,to analyse its causes and hazards,to make early warning on the deformation and stress which exceed the allowed area,and to ensure that the GIS combination of electrical busbar compartment is operated safe and stably.In the construction of busbar compartment displacement and deformation monitoring system,the author participated in the design of the overall system architecture.Also,the author participated in completing the collection and analysis of system requirements and the prototype design of the system model.In the design and implementation phase,the author independently completed the design and development of the following modules:the client device management module,monitoring and management module,client connection management module,displacement data reception and management module,alarm module and data analysis module.The author designed and developed the database and the combined displacement information acquisition sensor module.In the testing phase,the author independently completed the functional testing of the system and the unit test for all modules.In this paper,busbar compartment displacement deformation monitoring system is mainly composed of three parts:modular displacement information acquisition sensor module,displacement information receiving and transmitting module and busbar compartment displacemen deformation monitoring and control system.The combined displacement information acquisition sensor module collects and shows the information associated with the operation status of the GIS assembled busbar compartments through the sensor group,and makes the preliminary processing,and designs the clamping device which is easy to install,debug and operate.In the displacement information receiving and sending module,Zigbee wireless sensor network controller technology is employed in the intelligent terminal technology platform.The displacement information receiving and sending module can achieve real-time data collection and monitoring.Through the wireless network transmission technology,the information will be collected and sent to the data processing unit on the busbar compartment displacemen deformation monitoring and control system.The busbar compartment displacemen deformation monitoring and control system is constructed by B/S mode.It has the functions of terminal management,real-time data monitoring,real-time data curve display,historical data display,data analysis and abnormal alarm reminder.At present,the system is in the trial operation stage.The module which the author is responsible for is operating well and the expected outcome is realised.
