Design And Implementation Of College Computer Room Management System

With the development of computer technology, many universities purchase plenty of computer devices and use internet to prepare better environment of work and study for teachers and students. Almost every school has set up the computer course and encourages the students to use the computer resource provided by the computer room. How to manage the engine room efficiently and make bill strategies adopted by students has become bottleneck of the enthusiasm of students. Solving these issues has practical significance.According to the characteristics of the Shandong Industry Vocational College's Computer Room, the paper studies the program and open time, billing statistics and a series of management problems, aimed at improving the quality and level of the management of Computer Room. "Computer Room Management System" uses object-oriented analysis and design method, through the detailed comparison and analysis of the system C/S and B/S architecture model, discusses the advantage of using C/S and B/S mixed development model. Based the theory, the paper proposes three-room management system architecture design program.The system is safe, high efficiency, and easy to operate and maintain in the actual operation.The goal of Computer room management system is to achieve automated management of computer. Compared to the traditional manual management, the paper proposes the system analysis and design ideas. This paper analyzes the overall structure, the detailed design of each module, and issues to consider in system development, design and implementation. The designing theory, methods and processes and main module of server-side and client-side of college computer room management system are presented in detail.Finally, the paper tests the system to verify the performance. For the problems in system test, we propose the scheme to improve the system. At the end of paper,we discuss and further research directions.
