Intelligent industrial equipment and network technology facilitate the rapid development of modern intelligent buildings. As a part of building system, central air conditioning system has become more and more important in modern intelligent. And also with central air conditi-ioning control system connecting into buildings BAS by network, the management of air con-ditioning system reaches the level of centralized information management.LiBr non-electric central air-conditioning information control system (ICS) includes sys-tem reliability design, energy-saving design and unmanned management design. System stability is directly related to the effective use of the building since central air conditioning control the whole building's air circulation. The energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts more than half about the building energy consumption, and especially the electricity consumption of water system, is 40% to 60% of the total building electricity consumption. Because of the difference between the design load and the user actual load,and air conditioning system always running in part load in a lot of time, the air conditioning system design must be energy-saving. unmanned management is worldwide management method of central air-conditioning control system, to achieve the desired objective of management, the system reliable operation must be considered in design. By means of modern communication information technology, the central air-conditioning control system can be integrated into the entire intelligent building system, and achieve real central control of nobody information management.In this paper, central air conditioning control system design based on system reliability, energy efficiency and unmanned management is issued, and the implementation is detailed. At first the cooling and heating principle of Broad Air Conditioning parallel lithium bromide central air-conditioning chiller is introduced at chapter 4, then the control method is also given.From chapter 5 the hardware implementation of the control system is given, including energy-saving design of central air-conditioning water system. At Chapter 6,the solution pump and the refrigerant pump control method is given based on the Modbus RTU communication with the concept of reliability. With the chapter 7, for realizing unmanned management ideas, BAS and internet networking monitoring are included.
