In the 30 years,field bus has been a rapid development and is appearing a variety of buses,but various buses have its different region of applications and technical characteristics.So the situation of multibus coexistence in the short term that makes the problem of interconnection,interoperability and interoperability between field buses to solve hardly is very difficult to change.This paper,based on the above background,which aims at the interconnection problems of the three widely applied protocols of the DeviceNet,CANopen and Modbus,puts forward a solution of the integrated gateway of DeviceNet/CANopen – Modbus and that plan can make the Modbus devices through the gateway realize the DeviceNet or CANopen communication.At the same time,an economic,reliable and good to meet the requirements of industrial field module of Modbus I/O is designed and can not only be used alone as the slave of Modbus node,but make up a network system with the gateway as a simple application example of the powerful function of gateway.Firstly,this paper introduces the key technology of gateway conversion switch,address setting and Modbus I/O module address assignment and both design requirements,and then put forward the solution that realizes the basic communication system first.On the basis of it,paper designs the hardware circuit with the STM32F103 MCU as the core of the gateway and the STC15 MCU as the core of the ModbusI/O.The part of software design from the conversion of gateway DeviceNet – Modbus,the conversion of gateway CANopen-Modbus and the software design of ModbusI/O module aspect in detail the software design of the system.Then,build the test platform,through grasping and analyzing the experiment process data as well as the phenomenon of the experiment,and verify the correctness of the system communication function.Finally,on the basis of realizing the system function of basic communication,design the electromagnetic compatibility of system,and obtain corresponding anti-interference level of system through the electrical fast transient/burst immunity test and the test of immunity to conducted disturbances,induced by radio-frequency fields,verifying the reliability of communication of system.
