This article discusses the process of developing the operation and maintenance management control system of Shandong inspection and quarantine e-business platform. This SEAS7.1 application development platform based system is developed based on the elaborated understanding of user requirements, using the J2EE technical architecture which is already matured in the industry field, the B/S (Browser/Server) structure and ORACLE database technology. This system mainly includes five functional modules:the module of basic information database, the module operation and maintenance information database, the module of operation and maintenance expert knowledge database, the module of library information resources management standards and the module of systems management. The e-business platform for the operation and maintenance management control system is designed to enable all users access this system with various authorities easily. The administrators of this system can easily add to, modify, delete, search, collect statistics and manage of all the users information. The ordinary users can not add, modify, delete any information. They can only search and collect the statistics of the information related with each library. The management system has high stability, ease of use, high data security, and massive data capacity. It is equipped with a user-friendly interface, well featured functions and it is easy to be operated. Facilitating this system increases the administrators and the users productivity. It enables user to do various searching and analysis. This system enhanced the statistical analysis and decision support system of Shandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. It realized scientific, intelligent, and standardized management of the e-business system platform. |
