The Research Of Die-casting Machine Injection Controller Based On DSP

In the process of the development of die casting technology, die casting machine always bears important role, plays a positive and direct role in promoting. The performance of die casting machine injection system has a direct impact on the injection results of die casting machine, so domestic and foreign researchers pay much attention to the study of injection control system. This paper studies a DSP control injection process of casting controller, and realizes the ejection process of casting speed, shoot medium type and hydraulic parameters such as real-time display, setting alarm functions, and error of development used TMS320F2812, with CPLD as auxiliary control chip. In order to get more precise sampling data, controller uses FIR digital filtering algorithm to optimize sampling, and reduce the external disturbance. In addition, the paper tries using RBF neural network to optimize the traditional PID algorithm for improving the control precision. The actual test and software simulation results show that the controller can be good for carrying on injection process of the die casting machine real-time detection and control.
