Micro reactor is the reaction container in sintering of solid oxide fuel cell, manufacturing of electrode conductivity and chemical catalytic reaction areas. In these areas, the programmed temperature control is a key technical indicator. The process should follow a set temperature to carry out program temperature control, so it's necessary to design a good controller to avoid the production rejection rate increases and material resource waste caused by undesirable heating effect. An adaptive control method on programmed temperature control is applied to meet the industrial requirements.Adaptive method is adopted in the temperature control of micro reactor for its characteristics of time varying and time delay. Estimate the parameters online by recursive least squares, which are used in generalized minimum variance control calculation. The control variable output is used on the time varying system, and the system output temperature is the factor of adaptive control cycle. The programmed temperature controller is designed, the effectiveness and feasibility of the controller is confirmed through simulation. On this basis, a development platform is set up by VC6.0, using instrument AI708 as the temperature acquisition module, and ADAM4021 as the output control module, for the verification of the control system, including step response, programmed temperature control and interference situation. The simulation and the practical experiments show that generalized minimum variance adaptive controller is of no static error, linear heating process, strong anti-interference ability, no overshoot, can meet the control requirements. The programmed temperature controller on the micro reactor can meet the chemical industrial production process control requirements.
