As modern technology and electronic information developing rapidly, automatic detecting system has become a concern for all and it has become a key element in modern production. Against the background of rapid technique updating and mass production, using automatic detecting technique can overcome traditional manual detecting techniques' disadvantages such as high cost, low speed, and poor reliability, and it can improve production efficiency and equipment quality and reduce research and management cost. Therefore, it is widely used in many fields, such as military, scientific researches and production.Based on the detecting project of the main circuit board of refrigeration compressor controllers produced by a corporation in Dalian, this paper aims at the design and development of automatic SCC60 controller detecting system, combined with automatic detecting research situation home and abroad. Using AVR microcontroller Atmega128 with high energy and low consumption, this system presents in detail controlling CPU circuit design, switch input and output circuit design, analogue input and output circuit design, communication design and functions such as tested channel switching, analogue signal testing and switch signal input and output. Modules are opto-electrically isolated from each other in order to prevent electrical disturbance. In the part of software design, basic analog input/output and switch input/output are implemented by system lower layer software, and key parameters OFFSET and GAIN are calibrated, using circulation approximation. The host computer software divides the system into four modules based on modularization:operation management, communication, detection and data management, and implements parameter configuration, channel detection, detecting result query, real-time clock calibration and so on. Both automatic detection and manual detection can be used to detect and calibrate. Techniques such as watchdog and digital filtering are also used in this system to maintain system stability.This automatic detecting system has been applied in the produce department of the company. According to industrial site operation and mass of detecting data analysis, the system primarily implements batch detection and calibration of SCC60 controller, and its advantages such as high precision, multiple function, simplicity of operation, and time and manpower reduction has proved its applicability and realistic significance.
