This system is for a special local area network environment, implements the database information network transport. In the communication process, it used multiple threads technology to resolve the problems of slow performance and long time execution in the network communication. It has greatly improved the efficiency of the program.In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of the software, this article made research in software testing. Made the determination of the test project and chosen the tools for testing. The software testing project including: unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and system testing. It designed a large number of test cases and carried out a series of tests on the system.Finally, on the basis of the previous research of security inventory, according to the existing security inventory forecasting model, it had been made that a proposal of using improved BP neural networks to predict the security inventory. It has made the comparison of several kinds of improved BP neural networks and determined the best prediction model. This simulation experiment indicated that the prediction model has the value of actual.The inventory management system which this article created passed the unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and other software test projects.
