| With the continuous development of the national economy, more and more institutions have their own completely open gas stations for their vehicles, but because of the badly supervision and flaw of management control, it leads to some personnel gain self-interest to oiling for their personal cars. To fundamentally solve this problem, the oiling monitoring and management system based on GSM is designed.This paper analyses and studies the application of GSM system, designs the monitoring system used GSM network as a platform for information exchange and data transmission.The system contains two parts:hardware design and oiling monitoring and management software design. In hardware circuit design, we divided it into monitor terminal and monitor center, monitor terminal contains the CPU control core C8051F410 MCU of LCU, GSM communication module SIM300 and its drive circuit, power supply circuit, electric film control, signal coordinate circuit; the monitor center contains CPU control core C8051F340 MCU, SIM300 and its drive circuit, alarm circuit and the serial communication circuit of CPU and PC. The software program design of monitor terminal and monitor center mainly contain the main program of LCU, communication connect program, receive and send program through serial message, the monitor terminal also contains oiling data collect program of host computer, lower computer alarm program and so on. Oiling monitor software using Java language, it has functions of data search, alarm display, date printThe debugging result shows that the system fulfils the design's request and has the reasonable plan.The system having stable function can save the fuel 1.5 ton per month than the corresponding period of the fuel station, which have only two oiling machines and over twenty vehicles.With the increasing number of the oiling machines and vehicles,the system will bring more and more benefits to the large fuel station and business. |
