Research On Heterogeneous Databased Integration Based On OGSA-DAI

Development of information technology makes the explosive growth of data, but the heterogeneity of these data leads to a lot of single information-island.Reality requires people to integrate heterogeneous data source effectivly for better data sharing and data processing.Grid is a recently developed technology,it's goal is to link distributed and heterogeneous resources together by high speed network and offer resource sharing.therefore,using grid technology to address the integration of heterogeneous data sources has become an imporant research topic.This paper first introduces related theory and technologies of heterogeneous data integration, including grid, XML technologies, Web Service technology,with emphasis on the research of architecture, resources and services of OGSA-DAI middleware which is used to integrate heterogeneous data in grid environment,and studies OGSA-DQP middleware which is used to compensate for limitations of OGSA-DAI.And then designs a middleware systems based on OGSA-DAI and OGSA-DQP,gives a new method to convert global query into local query which can be executed by OGSA-DQP using model mapping theory,achieves centralized and uniformed access to multiple data sources.Finally,uses the design idea into a party service management information system,expands its function of partymember information query model,integrateds data sources from multiple areas,enabling users to achieve cross-areas information querying,shielding its heterogeneity of platform,system environment and structure and providing a unified and transparent access interface.
