Design And Implementation Of The Control System Of Automatic Constant Volume Press

With the development of real estate,construction,transportation,energy, electron-ic information,we have a huge market and development opportunities for the diamond manufacturing industry. "Manual weighing" is still widely used in China and it has become the bottleneck of diamond manufacturing development in our country.In order to solve this problem,this research studies the control system of automa-tic constant volume press based on ARM andμC/OS-Ⅱand the use of "Volumetric loading automatic cold forming process".The performance and features of ARM andμC/OS-Ⅱare analyzed comprehensively.It makes full use of the high performance, low power and low cost of ARM microprocessor and the advantage ofμC/OS-Ⅱ.The advanced embedded design and modular design are used in this research. In LPC2378 microcontroller as the core, the software and hardware designs of automatic constant volume press are completed.And developed a high performance automatic constant volume press.Specific work of this paper include the following aspects:Hardware, mainly based on the features of constant volume press to choose a core processor chips and other hardware chip. on the basis of functional modules, the each part of the circuit are designed. Finally, the overall circuit design, model making and commissioning are completed.Software, it can achieve precise control of the process using improved PID.All parts of the underlying driver program are completed by using stratified point and modular method. The division of tasks and software design of application layer functionals are completed on the basis of these.At last, The influence factors of the system stability and reliability are analyzed. This paper analyzes interference source and causes from various angles and gives detailed methods-and measures of anti-jamming from the aspects of hardware.
