Emission Spectral Tomography (EST) is a novel none-destructive testing technology, which is the combination of the emission spectral measurement with Optical Computed Tomography (OCT).This paper independently designed a data acquisitions system to solve the collection problems of the multi-directional and multi-spectral radiation data. In this acquisition system, an optical fiber was used as a collection tool, FPGA as the center controller, and AD7939 is chosen as the analog-digital conversion part. The AD7939 is 10-bit, high speed, eight analog input channels ADCs. With the acknowledgements and analysis of the EST algorithm, SIRT algorithm is selected to realize the real-time reconstruction in FPGA by using the VERILOG HDL language as well as the NIOS II.With the well use of SIRT algorithm and the acquisition system, realizing the acquisitions and processing of data and a flame temperature filed three-dimensional reconstruction system based on FPGA was developed. Finally, the data transported by RS232 and the three dimensional the reconstruction displayed with the use of VC.Last but not least, a candle flame was used in this reconstruction system, and the result shows the feasibility of the system.
