Emission Spectral Tomography (abbreviate to EST) is a Flow field diagnosistechnology that have the advantage of simple device and strong practicability whichcombine Emission spectral measurement and Optical Computed Tomography(abbreviate to OCT), this technology has extensive use of thermal parameters testing,plasma diagnosis and other fields, is the indispensable testing technology inmachinery, aerospace, mining and Industry forged aspects.With the development of technology, the real-time of EST technology requiresa highly improvement of speedy, but current EST technology most calculateaccording off-line collect image then proceed the EST Chromatography algorithm.The Chromatography indicate can’t reach the scientific research requirement forindustrial production as it’s not real time, after years of technology development,the appearances of FPGA and DSP etc high-speed data dispose chip and thedevelopment of semiconductor offer the possibility for the EST real-time rebuilt.This paper based on optical CT with the emission tomography and withself-developed fiber bundle array for acquisition device and DSP embeddedhardware for the flame temperature field study of3d reconstruction. This researchproject mainly hardware design and software process in two ways. Hardware usingfiber bundle array as data collection equipment, building data pretreatment andchoose circuit. Used as the embedded processor DSP2407, responsible foroperations reconstruction algorithm. System software mainly CCS2.2, VC6.0andMATLAB7.0based.CCS2.2environment in C language into iterative reconstructionalgorithms and DSP can identify the machine language written into the burning DSP.At the same time the preparation of VC interface program, call the MATLAB enginethrough the VC data on the reconstruction of three-dimensional display.This paper adopts independent research and development of fiber bundle arraycan collect to the ideal radiation data. It is a new data collection method, and it canimprove the accuracy of flame temperature field reconstruction the temperature fieldof reconstruction for flame the precision was increased. While the use of embedded DSP, DSP ping-pong cache and pipelining greatly improved reconstruction speed,realize the flame temperature field of real-time3d reconstruction.
