In the comprehensive construction well-off society, constructing the harmonious society under the background of the times, people request to the government’s ruling ability, increase year by year, also coupled with the pressures of modern life and the cost of living increases obviously, the grass-roots civil service group has long been engaged in the work of the government more and more affected by the occupation burnout, so that the grassroots civil servants as the sample, on the psychological change is necessary for the promotion of all levels of government administrative ability and level significantly.This paper is based on the Tibet autonomous region, area of occupation burnout in S County, the county level civil servants system are analyzed through the empirical study, the research draws the following conclusions: the southern area of Tibet S County grass-roots civil servants in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal inefficacy in three dimensions, is lower than the average level, the whole county grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout is low.In this paper, based on the selected junior civil servants occupation burnout of description, analysis of the occupation burnout, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The overall structure of this paper can be divided into six chapters:Chapter one: introduction. Brief introduction of foreign scholars for the study of social occupation burnout and the initial occupation burnout of grass-roots civil servants of our country, put forward the purpose of this research, and briefly explains the significance of the research, the way of thinking of this thesis, the content and framework.The second chapter: literature review of the research on domestic and foreign occupation burnout. This chapter will elaborate the basic theory research results of foreign scholars for occupation burnout, and summarize domestic scholars to further improve the occupation burnout theory and empirical research.The third chapter: analysis of the current situation of the grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout. Review of our country civil servants occupation burnout from the civil service system in China, the characteristics of the analysis of the causes of this situation, and personal interviews with the research object of this interview by empirical.The fourth chapter: analysis of S County grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout survey data. Gender, age, rank respectively in the work area, the nature of the work, for the analysis of factors of occupation burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization in personal inefficacy, reflect the dimension, show the county grass-roots civil servant occupation burnout.The fifth chapter: the practice and exploration of methods of prevention and intervention of occupation burnout of civil servants. According to the conclusions of this study, the prevention of occupation burnout method combined with the national civil service groups, in order to prevent the county grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout degree deepen preliminary suggestions.
