| Along with the fast approaching of our national aging problem, the elder-care undertaking has become the focus of our whole society. With our family’s gradual weakening elder-care function today, Community Home Living Elder-Care (CHLEC) has stepped into common people’s sight, and been loved and recognized by senior people, but it has faced some problems of different degree, when implemented at home and abroad, developed district and undeveloped district. CHLEC, as a practical advantageous elder-care service, in order to be operated normally, and happily heard and seen by senior people, and help them have a happy time in their senior time, the author believed, first, elder-care service should be designed which can meet the senior people’s psychological demand; second, combining with the current situation and confronted problems of CHLEC, the excellent experience in developed countries and districts can be appreciatedTherefore, this thesis has analyzed the theory, such as Community Home Living Elder-Care service and need classification, defined the relevant concepts of Community Home Living Elder-Care service, drew the excellent experience from the advanced countries and regions in the process of practice. With the Xianyang as an example, the author has surveyed5psychological needs of the senior people in3different communities, which shows that the5psychological needs of the senior people are higher than the average, and most of senior people belong to the type of attribution and love-caring; meanwhile, the current situation of Community Home Living Elder-Care shows that the senior people show their high recognition for CHLEC, and intends to choose some service, such as cultural entertainment and spiritual comfort,etc. According to this survey, this thesis has given4advices such as community building and interaction improvement, adding endowment psychological service, increasing government investment and improving our service level. |
