Community-based Elderly Care Services For The Elderly Community-based Care Research On The Impact Of Psychological Security

At present,the level of psychological security of elderly people at home is getting more and more attention from the society.Many scholars analyze the reasons from family care and social support.The author believes that the development of home-based care services also has an impact on the level of psychological security of the elderly.Therefore,the service level of home-based care services is improved,and the elderly are satisfied with the satisfaction of home-based care services,thereby improving the psychological security level of the elderly at home.It is of great significance.In this study,the investigators were used to revise the questionnaire on the needs of the households in the home care service of Zhang Ping of Fudan University,and used the scale of the safety correction scale(SQ)compiled by An Lijuan and Congzhong to Beijing Dongcheng District.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the five elderly households in the community of the division,the Beiluoguxiang community,the garden community,the Fuxiang community and the Guozijian community.The number of respondents was 132,and a total of 126 valid questionnaires were collected.Through analysis,the paper finds that there is little difference in the demand for life care services,mental services,health services and self-expression services among the elderly at home,and the demand for self-expression services is the greatest.The aspects of satisfaction of home-based care services range from high to low: self-expression service satisfaction,health service satisfaction,life care service satisfaction and mental service satisfaction,among which self-expression needs have the highest satisfaction with home-based care services.The psychological safety of the respondents was at a medium-to-high level,and the psychological safety of the elderly with different physical conditions was significantly different.There is a significant positive correlation between the home care service and the psychological security of the elderly at home.The satisfaction of life care service and the satisfaction of health service have the greatest impact on psychological security.Therefore,in order to improve the level of home-based pension services,the author puts forward suggestions from the perspective of social workers,community service centers,post stations,home-based pension services and the development of the government and social work industry.
