Research On Grid Model Of Community Management In China

We are now in the rapid development social that is full of information and digitization, the term of network no matter in physical or virtual sense is ubiquitous, in fact, our society is a network related and connected to each other. Also, the word "grid" appears in our life, the "grid management" into the field of vision of international management. Our country always emphasize strengthening and innovating social management mode, while the grid technology in foreign countries, but grid management concept has been inserted in the social management practice in our country, especially for the basic social management of the "blind area" and the "vacuum", our country actively constructing "community management grid" working mode. The earliest new model of "Grid city management" was established in Dongcheng District of Beijing which shows good management efficiency, getting the affirmation and support from our ministry of construction and having large range promotion in our country. Grid community management mode, therefore, is worth us to discuss and research.In this paper, the origin and definition of the grid and grid management, community management and grid community management as the starting point, summary grid community management characteristics. And then, combined with the relevant theories to interpret the rationality and inevitability of the rise and application to the grid community management mode.Because the theory is the ideological weapon to guide practice, at the same time it also need to practice and improve, so that in this paper, combined with the practical analysis, mainly on a case study of grid community management in Mai gaoqiao Street. It also reveals the deficiencies and defects of our community grids management mode. In order to make the community grids management mode in our country play a better role, we are supposed to enhance it combined with practice in our country and draw lessons from foreign advanced community management mode. Finally, the paper focus on giving optimized path from multiple perspectives, aimed at promoting the advancing of China’s social management innovation, to better guide management practice, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of management. This can provide the public with more satisfied and higher quality of service, which comes to the intrinsic value of grid community management mode.The paper is composed by introduction and four chapters of content. An introduction gives the main description of the thesis research background, research significance, the domestic and international research current situation, research methods and innovation place.The first chapter illustrates the concept and characteristics of the grid, the grid management, community grids management, and the related research and application, development the community grids management mode of the relevant theories, framework and innovation, which lay the solid theoretical basis for the full text.The second chapter, on the basis of above theoretical support mainly analysis the practice of the grid community management in our country. Combined with the case of Beijing and Shanghai, mainly study the grid community management of Mai gaoqiao Street, and reveals its merits and demerits.The third chapter is chiefly to study the typical foreign community management models, including the United States, Japan and Singapore, summarizes their characteristics and features, to excavate advantages and lessons from them.The fourth chapter detailed gives the relevant optimization path of China’s community management grid, which is put forward respectively from the grid infrastructure support, the grid system structure, the grid operation mechanism, and the grid resources and power.
