With the speeding up of the modernization and the rapid development of our social economy, the domestic several major religions, including Tibetan Buddhism are facing in the process of inheritance and dissemination of secular challenge. Belgium sociological Dobbelaere had religious secularization respectively have different change of social macro, medium and micro level. At the macro level, religious secularization means no longer intervene in the field of politics, economy, education, justice, etc, into a purely personal faith transaction; The secularization of medium measure means the secularization of religious values, actively participate in secular society economic activity; The secularization of micro level is refers to the integration of religious degree is reduced, the specific performance for the decrease in the number of believers, religious activities of participation.By the author’s investigation to the two temples of the R country, I found that the secularization of the Tibetan Buddhism was largely under the influence of the mandatory national policies. At the macro level, the national mandatory to religion withdraw from the other fields of the society, for Tibetan Buddhism introduced many documents has no longer intervention in social politics, education, justice, etc, leading to Tibetan Buddhism secularization of particularly evident at the macro level. In the medium level, the state issued documents required the Tibetan monasteries to carry out the policy that "temple’s self-sufficiency"; Under the influence of market economy at the same time, in order to be able to adapt to the development of the society, Tibetan Buddhism has also conducted a series of changes on itself, choosing to take an active part in social economic activities, leading to the values of Tibetan Buddhism by notice to the afterlife to focus on temporal changes, the secular trend is more serious. And micro level, due to modern society and the influence of market economy, a part of the monks and people began to pay attention to the pursuit of secular life, religious piety is reduced, the frequency of taking participate in religious activities is less and so on. Therefore, the author thinks under the dual function that the national policy and the development of religious choices produced that the secularization of Tibetan Buddhism, the compulsory measures are the main reason of the country.
