And micro level, due to modern society and the influence of market economy, a part of the monks and people began to pay attention to the pursuit of secular life, religious piety is reduced, the frequency of taking participate in religious activities is less and so on. Therefore, the author thinks under the dual function that the national policy and the development of religious choices produced that the secularization of Tibetan Buddhism, the compulsory measures are the main reason of the country.
