Berger was active in the late twentieth century, a religious sociologist, his theory about religious nature, function and interpretation of relations between religions and secularization has been widespread concern in the academic community; However, in his later thought, the investigation of regions of the world and study of religion and the existence of religion and the counter-secularization theory, has been a disruptive change, and it has sparked endless reflections of his sociology of religion. This article will focus on Berger's main writings and explore the main ideas of his religious sociology, and harvest some analysis and comment of his whole sociological theory of religion.
