| With the continuous improvement of Chinese comprehensive national strength, Close contacts between China and South Korea. Among of them, South Korea has been on the rise, "Chinese wind" phenomenon, namely the Koreans are learning craze of Chinese language and culture. In this paper, in reference to the basis of a large number of relevant data, to the "Chinese wind" phenomenon from the perspective of, in the analysis of the status of the "Chinese wind" phenomenon and the history of the Republic of Korea "Chinese wind", summed up the reasons for the formation of the phenomenon of "Chinese wind", that the two countries in the cultural and economic ties.
