Some of the studies showed that in real life conversation, Chinese students are not able to use give-accept expressions proficiently. But most of the studies are not tied to the front line Japanese Education in China closely enough and studies related to the accuracy in request expression are hard to find. Therefore, based on the previous studies, this thesis mainly stands on the point of Japanese Education and center on the practical application of the accuracy of request expression to discuss Chinese students’ learning situation in give and accept expressions.The thesis starts from displaying the results from the questionnaires answered by both Japanese native speakers and Chinese student based on the previous studies. By means of comparing their using tendency in different expressions, we can see that Chinese students’ problems in practical application as follows.It is very difficult for Chinese students to differentiate the give and accept expressions from honorific expression. Chinese learners tend to neglect situation and relationship of speakers, instead they use more of "itadakeru" when use dependent expression. In another case, they also tend to use "kureru" incorrectly when speaking to people who are at higher positions.In order to taker further look at Chinese students’ problems in learning Japanese, the writer had interview with students from H University about Professors’ teachings and students’ learning methods. The result shows that even though the text book introduce give and accept expressions at the early stage of learning, there is still lack of continuance. Additionally, professors have ideology of enhancing students’ability in practical application, while in actual teaching, they still emphasize on grammar, focusing on validity but not on accuracy.In the end, this thesis gives suggestions on three dimensions:textbook editing, teachers’ teaching, and students’ learning method. Specifically, textbooks should include examples of different functions of the two expressions. In terms of integrity, attention should be paid on the continuance. Instead of "Text book supremacies", using textbook not teaching textbook should be promoted. To students, proactivity is also necessary.
