| Speech act is an important issue in linguistics and philosophy,among which,request speech act has been concerned by the academic circle because of its high frequency of use and high demand for politeness.In the age of network,people’s verbal communication has undergone many changes,and the request speech act has also had new development.As the communicative subject of network speech act,college students have their own uniqueness,which will inevitably affect the request speech act.Therefore,whether from the perspective of exploring language development or constructing harmonious network language environment,it is very necessary to investigate and study the speech act of college students’ network request.Based on the objective and detailed wechat and QQ corpus,we conducted a thorough investigation and analysis of college students’ online request speech acts from the perspectives of strategy types,expression forms and functions,language effectiveness and strategies for improving language effectiveness.The main body of this paper consists of five parts.The first part is introduction.This paper briefly explains the reason and significance of the topic,research status,corpus sources and related theories.The second part is the expression strategy of college students’ online request speech act.Under the framework of direct strategy and indirect strategy,the corpus of college students’ online request speech act is screened,classified,described and counted,so as to objectively and systematically show the strategic performance and characteristics of college students’ online request speech act.The third part examines the forms of non-central language and explores its functions.We classify and count the expressions of initial language and auxiliary language,and then analyze their pragmatic functions.The fourth part is about the low efficiency in the speech act of college students’ network request.Based on previous studies,we try to establish the judgment conditions for the validity of college students’ online request speech acts,and analyze the specific performance and causes of low efficiency college students’ online request speech acts on this basis.The fifth part is the strategies for improving the validity of college students’ online request speech acts.Based on the previous research conclusions,strategies to improve the validity of college students’ online request speech acts are proposed from the perspectives of universities,network platforms and the government.This study hopes to contribute to the study of Chinese speech act through the objective and careful investigation and analysis of college students’ online request speech act.At the same time,it is also hoped that the research conclusion can provide some reference and basis for college students to implement request speech act smoothly in network communication,and for the whole society to jointly build a harmonious network language environment. |
