| This paper is aiming at solving some Chinese problems in the Chinese teaching for foreigners. So we have chosen these four measure words “gen, tiao, zhi, zhi†as our research target. At first, we research these four words in a longitudinal study and summarize the evolution of the weighing category. Then we have used the Categorization to analyze this evolution from the perspective of cognition. At second, we have compared these four measure words from the syn chronic angle, and focused the commonalities and differences. We found some measure words can be used for some noun but others similar can not, so we would give a further explain of that phenomenon. At last, we would like to apply the result of this study in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for students who always make biased error and mistake. So we can put forward some effective teaching measures to improve the efficiency and quality in students’ learning about this four measure words “gen, tiao, zhi, zhiâ€. |
