Research On Communication Design Of Public Transport System Based On Visually Impaired

At present, with the rapid developing of city construction, city space structure shows a rapidly changes. Traffic system space have a variety of forms, its complex character make the space environment is becoming too difficult to identify, to distinguish, even it is very hard to remember, so that for blind person, they would feel confused and scared, when they come across the representative of the apparent barrier of city information environment. Based on above problems, this paper aims to analysis the apparent vision design status barrier in this vulnerable groups, whose problems in cognition and public traffic system, solving their "way finding, travel difficult" problem. As the vision barrier is visual defect phenomenon perspective, from the perspective of perceived barriers and so on. In this paper, to define the scope of visual disabled, except we usually contact the blind, color blindness, weak and disabled visual obstacle avoidance of visual impairment, also contains the problems caused by the aging of society.Research on the vision impaired bus information communication can not only promote the communication design of city public space in China (also called signage design), the establishment and development of the public transport system, but also can effectively protect the basic rights of vision disabled, sound and good image building and city bus information transmission of our country, embody the people-oriented visual, really care about the life of disabled person. Based on a large amount of work at office and abroad, in this research problem, we mainly adopts the multi-disciplinary research methods, combining theory and practice, based on a good field study, investigation, then we can group characteristics of the disabled and special recognition needs, analysis and grasp the scientific problem. Focus on vision disabled people, we can focus on the communication design points, design basis and content of in-depth study, further integration of Xi’an City public transport Stadium Station current transit system design, the corresponding design method will be put forward, in order to protect the basic rights and interests, visual disabled person participate in social life, embodied in the people-oriented thinking of development, fully realize the China dream in their heart.The traffic system of environmental information communication design construction is not perfect, caused many problems on the trip and the energy barrier of travel, which brought more serious influence, so scientific and rational environmental information communication design is the key to solve the basic living problems. Due to congenital or acquired environment influence, visual disabled people special physiological and psychological characteristic need, the surrounding environment will affecting their cognitive characteristics of information. The apparent vision feature classification of the disabled, more targeted analysis of different groups of information needs, and the rational use of resources, and put forward solutions to suit one’s measures to local conditions. In the traditional public transportation information communication design elements constitute the basis of analysis on the system, this paper presents a unique visual disability system design scheme, for information communication design text, graphics, color, audio and Braille signage ideas brand has carried on the pointed suggestions of design. Based on the above theoretical analysis, field investigation, this paper further integration of Xi’an public traffic system Stadium station can convey information about visual design situation of the disabled, further analysis of the main problems, from the three aspects of transmission planning, bus station station information guides the contents and guide information, puts forward improvement design ideas of visual disability stadium station.Today, although many urban blind people will come across a lot of problem, but the accelerating urbanization, increasing emphasis on people-oriented development model, the concept of a harmonious society will constantly approching this point, deeply concerned about the visual disabled person and other vulnerable groups, let them fairly participate in our common social and cultural life, it is bound to the orientation of society development and the inevitable demand of the times.
