A Study On The System Of Solving Snow In Song Dynasty

The Song Dynasty was a special era in China’s feudal history after the separation of the Five Dynasties and Ten countries. The ruler pay much attention to the local control in order to prevent the re-emergence of the split situation. For the influence of unique factors of Song Dynasty such as politics,economy,culture,the criminal trial system of Song Dynasty has had a new style Li Xue.Zhi su and Tidianxingyusi are the most important for our to understand.This paper is mainly based on historical fact, researching how does lixue form and what are the specific contents. In the Song Dynasty traditional judiciary, analyzes the present situation of the judiciary and the advantages and disadvantages of the Song Dynasty, it also discusses political factors and the ideological influence on the physical form of lixue, with Zhisu and tidianxingyusi for case from the start, to accept, and finally to the judicial process to reflect the operation mechanism of lixue. I attempt to analysis of Zhi su and Tidianxingyusi’s content、trait and operational mechanism In order to make Lixue better display. In a word, it enrich the research field of lixue system.
