The manufacturing industry in China is on the bottom of the value chain, weak ability in self-dependent innovation, high degree of external dependence, serious product homogeneity, low competition level, small profit from factory-assembled, lack of independent brands. Therefore, manufacturing industry is in urgent need of integrating together with cultural creative industry to promote new products design and research and development ability, to strengthen product differentiation, to increase product added value and international competitiveness. Thereby accelerating the transformation and upgrading in manufacturing industry in China. So recently both Chinese communist Party Central Committee and local governments introduced related policies to give aid to development in cultural creative industry, and supporting integrating together cultural creative industry with manufacturing industry and related industry.This paper is established in labor division theory and industrial chain integration theory to study how to integrate together cultural creative industry and manufacturing industry and deeply analyzes dynamic mechanism, coupling mechanism, integration levels, integration effect in the integration of the two industries. Through the analysis, in dynamic mechanism, external power of integration is diversified consumer demand increase and cultural creative industry development, internal power of integration is upgrading of an industrial structure and the growth of the manufacturing enterprise, policy guiding force of integration is government policies and regulations. coupling mechanism indicates that the interaction between culture creative elements and production factors, demand condition, development strategy of manufacturing industry makes the deep integration of the two industries. The levels of integration of cultural creative industry and manufacturing industry can be covered by “three horizontal and three vertical” : cultural creative industry integrates with manufacturing industry by penetration, intersection, and relation in horizontal. Integration of the two industries in vertical is within the enterprise, industrial chain, and space to extend industrial chain and to upgrade manufacturing industry. The effect of the integration in two industries covers: in favor of increasing product added value and competitiveness, of promoting the manufacturing industry to upgrade; in favor of promoting industrial structure optimization and of increasing the effectiveness of industrial organization; in favor of forming new economic growth point and of promoting sustainable economic growth; in favor of strengthening regional resource flows and of driving economic integration development.Meanwhile, I have specifically made several suggestions from country level, industry level, enterprise level about integration of cultural creative industry and manufacturing industry in China by analyzing the integration of the two industries in Beijing,and by drawing on the experiences of England, Japan, Korea that they have realized the transformation and upgrading by integrating culture creative elements into manufacturing industry.
