Foreign scholar suggested the spiritual as a third kind intelligence to add to thefamiliar concept of IQ,and the more recent addition of emotional intelligence(EQ).SIis concerned with meaning,values and creative vison,and most importantly has thepower to transform. It can help individuals establish the vision of globalization andcore values,improve the sense of happiness. This study meatures relationshipbetween Spiritual Intelligence、Mental Health and Subjective Well—Being of639post-graduated students with the aid of Integrated Spiritual Intelligence Scale,General Health Questionaire and Scale of Subjective Well-Being (SWLS和PANAS).Study One: To revise the Integrated Spiritual Intelligence ScaleResearch results indicate that, the Integrated SpiritualIntelligence Scale revisedVersion has good reliability and validity. Scale is composed of five factors:Consciousness, Grace, Meaning, Transcendence and Truth, including28items, sixpoint scoring type checklist. Through the analysis of factors (GFI=0.900,AGFI=0.879, RMSEA=0.054) and reliability test (total α=0.857), suggesting that thequestionnaire has good construct validity and acceptable reliability, the indicatorshave reached the psychometric related requirements, the IntegratedSpiritualIntelligence Scale revised Version can be used to measure the spiritualintelligence of the Post-Graduated Student.Stody Two: To meature relationship between Spiritual Intelligence、MentalHealth and Subjective Well—Being of639post-graduated students with the aid ofIntegrated Spiritual Intelligence Scale,General Health Questionaire and Scale ofSubjective Well-Being(SWLS和PANAS).The result shows that:1、The Spiritual Intelligence of post-graduated students is normal, between thescore of18-24years-old age level and25-34years-old age level reported by Amram,their Mental Health is in good condition, and Subjective Well-Being is at a mediumlevel. 2、There is no significant difference at gender、nation and whether only-child ornot in Spiritual Intelligence、Mental Health and Subjective Well-Being,but havegrade and hometown difference.3、There is significant difference at whether have experience of being studentleader or not in Spiritual Intelligence,and there is significant difference at specialty inSpiritual Intelligence and Subjective Well-Being.4、There is significant relationship between Spiritual Intelligence、MentalHealth and Subjective Well-Being. Spiritual Intelligence have significant negtiverelationship with Mental Health and significant positive relationship with SubjectiveWell-Being. Mental Health have significant negtive relationship with SubjectiveWell-Being.5、After controlling the Mental Health variable,the Spiritual Intelligence hasadditional effect on Subjective Well—Being.Government departments and educational institutions can concern to helpstudents establish the consciousness of individual mental health maintenance,enrichcommunity activities and social practice, develop spiritual intelligence reasonably.
