Group cognitive intervention is on the way of group, through the integration ofcognitive behavioral intervention technology such as cognitive restructuring andexposure etc, to achieve treatment goals. The object of this study was senior students.Mainly from the perspective of the cognitive, using the questionnaire of examanxiety cognitive factors and Zheng Richang exam anxiety diagnosis scale,investigate senior students’ undesirable cognitive and test anxiety level. And usingthe method of group cognitive intervention establish an effective complementaryscheme, and form cognitive intervention manuals, on the basis of the experiment,verify the validity of the manual application. Establish the manual, on the one hand,it can enrich the content of test anxiety intervention, on the other hand, improve thestudents’ learning mentality, and examination, and penetrate psychological healthyeducation for teachers in the teaching.In this study, the following conclusions are:(1)The questionnaire of test anxiety cognitive factors has reasonable validity.Using interview, questionnaire investigation and factor analysis method testanxiety cognitive factors such as pre survey twice after correction, eventuallyforming five dimensions (self evaluation, understanding of the college entranceexamination, prediction of examination results, understanding of the interferencefrom test students and awareness of examination room emergency),22items of testanxiety cognitive factors in the formal questionnaire. The questionnaire hasreasonable validity. Internal consistency coefficient is0.895. Structure validity, thecorrelation of all dimensions and test scores is between0.6-0.9, model fitting effectis good. Using Zheng Richang test anxiety questionnaire as criterion validity, eachdimension of test anxiety cognitive factors associated with test anxiety into mediumor strong.(2) Established the cognitive intervention manualsPreliminary construct the structure of cognitive intervention manual, including eight parts. They are the preface, cognitive treatment profile, treatment goals,manual’ user and applies of cognitive intervention, the content of cognitiveintervention, treatment steps and process, needing attention, the appendix. Use dataanalysis to sort out preliminary investigation interview information, mentor and myconsulting the material,form a Theme library and advice library of cognitiveintervention group guidance manual, and on the basis, form seven group guidancescheme for typical adverse of cognitive senior students, thus form a completemanual of cognitive intervention.(3) Verified the application effect of cognitive intervention manual was effectiveand feasible.By the comparison of the group members’ questionnaire score and test scoresand activity evaluation, verify the effectiveness of application effect about the groupcomplementary manual. Statistical experimental control group before and after thetest, according to the results of the experimental group before and after, there aresignificant differences between the test anxiety difference scores and the cognitivedifference score respectively, show auxiliary intervention effect is obvious. By theway of significance test of difference, test difference of score about counseling andcounseling before, after tutoring and counseling before, found that the experimentalgroup members’ test scores increased, and show significant different. The materialqualitative analysis of each event evaluation also reveal students’ positive andoptimistic learning attitude, indirectly reflects the group guidance effect is better.
