Objective: To compare the expense of before and after implement clinical pathway under the four disease in some Qingdao’s hospital from December 2011 to February2015.This study aims to analysis the structure change of medical expenses and medical treatment of pay fairness after the hospital implementation of clinical pathway.This study inorder to the hospital put forward feasible countermeasures for controlling medical expense.To provide the basis for improve the quality of medical treatment process, standardization of diagnosis and treatment, reduce medical costs,and promote the rational use of medical resources and.Put forward constructive Suggestions for the patient’s disease to reduce the economic burden.Methods: Select the complicated chronic noncommunicable diseases in a tertiary hospital in Qingdao: Add Cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the implement disease in path,then analysis the Various fees. Using SPSS15.0 statistical software to process data. To compare the two groups of economic evaluation,we can use the before and after comparison of ITS, then we analyzed the comparison value to make sure the remarkable index effect of implement approach and unimplemented clinical pathway,and which part we should improve.Results:Overall, the implementation of clinical pathway management effectively shorten the average such confinement, reduce some of the medical expenses, and ensure the fairness of the medical fee To a certain extent. But the total health expense,examination to control is not ideal。Due to the implementation of clinical pathway of time is not long,and some type of the disease is leak, the clinical pathway need to be further optimized, management and need corresponding policies to strengthen hospital is perfect.Conclusion: Clinical pathway management as a management mode of modern medicine have important implications for regulating medical behavior, shorten the average such confinement, the patient’s disease to reduce the economic burden and guarantee medical pay fairness, etc.But due to the implementation of clinical pathway management is affected by many factors, so should have corresponding regulations to give the match, so as to play its real role.
