Analysis Of Hospital Costs Structure And Influencing Factors Of Three Kinds Of Single Diseases At A Three Level Of First-class Hospital Under Clinical Pathway

Objective: In recent years, with the rapid development of our country health, therapid growth of the medical treatment cost has become a nationwide social problem。In this context, how to effectively control costs, and ensure the quality of medical care,is a problem before us. By comparing the basic situation and difference of the totalcost of three types of single disease’s patients under and out of clinical pathway，andanalysis the cost structure and influencing factor of the total cost，we try to find outthe biggest impact factors and control them. Meanwhile, we can offer advice to healthinstitution and medical insurance institution about the DRGs.Method: We adopt retrospective investigation method, and choose three types ofsingle disease under clinical pathway from2010to2011of a three level of first-classhospital in Chang Chun. From the hospital’s information center and record room, weobtain451patient data under clinical pathway and413patient data out of clinicalpathway. Then we use excel2007to organize the data and SPSS19.0to analyze them.Results: The hospitalization days and total cost of the patients under clinical pathwayare lower than those out of clinical pathway and they are more stable.Hospitalizationdays, age, whether the clinical path are the most important factor of the total cost.Conclusion: We should further promote the clinical path and widely use theDRGs.
