Acupuncture,Cupping,Embedding And Different Treatment Sequences For Clinical Study Of Phlegm-type Simple Obesity

Objective: Observe the effect of cupping,acupuncture,embedding,acupuncture,embedding and cupping on the clinical efficacy of phlegm-type obesity,and explore a better treatment plan for phlegm-type obesity.Method: Sixty patients with phlegm-type obesity were randomly selected and divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.The treatment sequence of treatment group 1 was cupping-acupuncture-embedded,and the treatment group 2 treatment order was acupuncture-embedding-embedding Changes in the single treatment order of the two treatment groups were observed.After 9 cycles of treatment,the obesity index and the integrated score improvement of phlegm-type obesity symptoms were observed.Results: 1.The total curative effect: after 9 weeks of continuous treatment,the obvious rate of treatment group 1 and treatment 2 groups were: 93.3%,73.3%.The more significant rate of the two treatment groups was obtained by the rank sum test,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.061,P=0.039<0.05).2.Before and after treatment,the two treatment groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in their own body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,leg circumference,arm circumference,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic pressure after the rank sum test.Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared.,not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group 1 was superior to the treatment group 2 in terms of weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference,and leg circumference.There was no significant difference in blood pressure reduction.3.The comprehensive scores of phlegm-type obesity symptoms in the two treatment groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the two treatment groups are effective at all stages of treatment.Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis of the two treatment groups after treatment of phlegm-type obesity combined scores were different(P = 0.047 <0.05),we can know that treatment group 1 treatment effect is better than treatment 2 groups.Conclusion: The treatment group 1 was superior to the treatment 2 group in terms of weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,leg circumference,and arm circumference,and it was able to better improve the phlegm constitution.The overall effect was significantly better than that of the treatment 2 group.Therefore,the cupping-acupuncture-embedding procedure is more effective in treating phlegm-type obesity and is worthy of clinical promotion.
