Research Of Sishen Dropping Pill

Sishen pill consist of six kind of Chinese herbs ,including nutmeg, psoralen, Schisandra, rutaecarpine, jujube, ginger. Have better outcomes in treatment of diarrhea, chronic colitis, allergic colitis .sishen pill is watger pill .the dosage form is backward. The dose is large ,quality standards are not high .sishen drop pill have the advantages of high bioavailability , rapid onset.The present paper studies deeply its preparation ,quality standard ,biological evaluation and preliminary stability serval studies are included in the thesis.In the extraction process,at first according to the physicochemical properities and pharmacological action of the active ingredients of every kind of Chinese herbal medicine in prescriptions ,a rational process route has been derermind.the volatile oil extraction processes was established with single factor experiment. steam distillation of volatile oil extraction and water-soluble components, and the remaining parts of fat-soluble effective use of ethanol extract. To psoralen, Isopsoralen to examine the content of indicators, through orthogonal experimental design selecting the optimized extracting conditions.In the molding technics of dropping pill . the first is To identify the type of radicle and the scale of radicle and medicine select the suited conditions by orthogonal design. Through the results of the analysis to determine the optimum conditions for the molding.In quality standards studies, psoralen, nutmeg, rutaecarpine and Schisandra is identified by TLC psoralen, Isopsoralen is identified by HPLC.Finally the stability of SiShen dropping pill is studied.It is proved that the pill is stable in the present period.and quality can be easily controlled.
