Purpose:To research the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with colorectal cancer of the liaoning provincial hospital,and summarize the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in each stage of colorectal cancer patients ratio as well as the application of prescription medication regularly.Material and method:To collect patients from May 2015 to June 2015 in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital that with colorectal cancer for the first diagnosis. Guided by the five kinds of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine from the《the malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the guide》that written by hong-sheng Lin and published by people’s medical publishing house in2014 and the comprehensive situation(for example, early treatment, the purpose of the visits,clinical staging) of patients with colorectal cancer to analyze the differences of TCM therapeutic effect and Chinese medicine treatment mode between outpatient and ward of colorectal cancer patients.In addition, to summary the drug law under the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1. Outpatients accept the consolidative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in major.However, inpatients accept the Chinese traditional medicine in major.2. For the Chinese medicine treatment mode, the pattern of outpatient is liquid form by dialectical treatment + proprietary Chinese medicine by oral, the pattern of inpatient is proprietary Chinese medicine by intravenous drip + liquid form by dialectical treatment +proprietary Chinese medicine by oral + traditional Chinese medicine for external use.3. The composition of liquid form depends on syndrome differentiation not only, but also relies on symptoms. In addition, the types and quantity of the centralizer medicine and eliminate pathogenic medicine are based on therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.4.
